Beech Hill Court // Berkhamsted
Beech Hill Court is a unique development of mid century houses in Berkhamsted. This project involved a low energy retrofit and extension to the property whilst sensitively retaining this mid century character. The house is on a split level allowing for a new oak stair to connect the three levels whilst retaining the vaulted ceilings and clerestory windows. Low energy improvements included insulating the large, uninsulated roof and walls, installing triple glazed windows and replacing the gas boiler with an air source heat pump.
