New build house for a private client in Greenbrook Avenue, Hadley Wood.
The new family home has been designed to Code for Sustainable Homes Level 3 with an additional 10% reduction in C02 emissions over current Building Regulations. We were able to advise the client on aspects of the Code for Sustainable Homes prior to inviting quotes and appointing an assessor. The house has five bedrooms with generous glazing and juliet balconies to the rear taking advantage of views over the attractive garden. Photovoltaics to the roofline will create electricity for the dwelling and energy and water usage has been carefully considered.
Construction is expected during 2017.
